Shipping Info:
Most orders are processed in 10-14 business days. If you are ordering a gift and need it for a specific date, please let us know that date in the "Comments" section so that we can do our best to get your gift to you by the date requested.

Ordering Information:
3 Easy Ways to Order:
1. Online> To place an order online would be the quickest and easiest method to use. Each item has field boxes to complete and an "Order" button next to it. Click the button and this item will be added to your "Shopping Cart". If you decide against an item, you can always remove it from your shopping cart at any time. When you are finished ordering, you simply "checkout" using a credit card through Pay Pal (you do not need an account to order this way). You will be charged a flat $5 "Shipping & Handling" fee and your order will be shipped to you with the shipping information you supply at checkout. You also have the option to pay with check, but your check must be received in our studio PRIOR to your order getting started.
2. You can always email us directly at sales@shopatyounameit.com with your questions and/or orders. We will happily answer any questions to begin processing your order. Additionally, payment will have to be made prior to any orders being processed.
3. If you would like to order by phone, you can call us at (972) 898-4468 and we would be happy to take your order.
ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US WILL BE USED EXCLUSIVELY TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER OR ANSWER ANY OF YOUR REQUESTS AND WILL NOT BE PASSED TO ANY THIRD PARTY, UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW.

Special Orders:
We do accept special orders, however special orders may take a little longer to complete. Email us with your request and we will respond with an estimated delivery date and cost.

Shipping:
We charge a flat rate of $5 for all orders shipping within the United States. We use USPS Priority Mail to ship out our orders. This usually takes 1-3 days. You will receive an email when your package is shipped. Important: Please ensure that the "ship to" address is correct as we are not responsible for shipping errors and/or delays if an incorrect "ship to" address is supplied to us.
If you live in or near the McKinney, Texas area and would like to pick up your order, you can place your order through our website and type in the words: PICKUP when it asks you for a voucher code. Shipping charges will be erased and your order can then be processed through our website. Upon receipt of your order we will notify you of the pickup date for your order.
Note Card Enclosure:
We will include a complimentary gift card with your personal message if your order is being sent as a gift. Please include your personal note in the "Comments" section of your shopping cart.

Returns & Exchanges:
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction! We take great pride in every item we handmake. Every item is custom made when it is ordered. If there is an embroidery error on our part, or the item is defective, we will happily exchange or refund the item. Please notify us immediately upon receipt of your order of any discrepancies. We ask that you double check all ordering information as we are not responsible for embroidery errors due to incorrect data input on customers part.

Payment Options:
We accept credit card payments through PayPal (you do not have to have a PayPal account to use this method, you can use Visa or Mastercard). We also accept checks, however checks must be received and processed prior to orders shipping out. Sales Tax: Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Policies & Disclaimers:
Each You Name It! item is handmade upon receipt of your order. No two items are exactly the same. Slight variations in fabrics and embroidery may occur.
